2.  Services:

Robo-Io provides:

• Educational programs, including tutoring and robotics.
• Online and in-person classes.
• A catalog of robotics kits, IoT devices, and smart tech for pre-order.

3.  Pre-Orders & Inquiries: 

• All shop items are available for pre-order/inquiry only.
• Prices, delivery, and payment details will be shared after your inquiry.
• Robo-Io reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock issues or unforeseen circumstances.

4.  Payment & Delivery:

• Educational Classes: Payment for classes must be made in advance via online payment.
• Shop Items:  Payment is collected in advance via online payment after confirming your pre-order. 
• Delivery times for shop items vary depending on the product and location. Specific details will be provided individually.

5. Cancellation & Refunds:

• Educational Services:  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session; otherwise, the class will be counted as attended. 
• Shop Items: Cancellations or changes can be requested via WhatsApp or email before order processing. 
•  Refunds: Refunds are not generally provided,  but may be granted in exceptional circumstances at Robo-Io’s discretion. 

6.  Intellectual Property:

• All content on Robo-Io (text, images, logos) is owned by Robo-Io or used with permission.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Robo-Io is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8.  Privacy:

• Personal information collected via forms or inquiries is used only to provide services and respond to you.

9.  Age Restrictions:

• Our services are intended for children and teens under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for consent and participation of minors.
